FXAC plic MBP and FXAC pet 28 SUMO culture

Inoculated 2l of FXAC plic MBP in LB amp and 2l Terrific Broth FXAC pet28 SUMO in LB Kan 4 PM.
Added 500ul of 1M IPTG at 7:30 PM at OD of 1.2 (TB) and 0.8(LB)
