Started 2L LBamp culture from overnight primary culture of 10ml LB amp FXAC Mocr inoculated directly from glycerol stock. (3pm)
Added 500ul of 1M IPTG at 10pm. OD 600 was 0.52 ad 0.82.

Harvested 2l culture and sonicated at 29% amplitude for 60 min on SBL4 sonicator with ice water.
2pm started binding to nickel beads (5ml) (80ml lysate).
Injected 10ml into superdex 30 hi load 16/600 by mistake.
