FXAC MBP purification and FXAC pgex6p1 induction check (7 and 8 oct)

all elutions were concentrated to 5ml and then injected into S75 column. Peak was concentrated and crystallization set up

Top gel lanes : BAW, Eln1, Eln2, Eln3, BAW after pellet sonication, Eln1 of pellet sonication, Eln2 pellet sonication. Concentrated all the elutions and set up crystal screen2, index 1-48 and Grid of CS1 condition 12 for reproducing needle crystals. Concentration was around 3.5mg/ml at an OD of 0.268 .
